Transparency Code funding is no longer available.
During the three financial years of 15-16, 16-17 and 17-18, government funding was available to local authorities who's an annual turnover was less than £25,000. The funding was available to help with their compliance of the Transparency Code 2015. Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Town and Parish Councils were successful in obtaining a total funding sum of £204,859.84, with a total of 245 applications. This was the second highest amount of funding to be awarded to a County in England.
